I have grown up with a Real Estate background. When my parent’s dairy farm sold the consultant offered my father a position selling farms. In 1983 Dad and Mum brought into this business, and then in 1998 my husband Dave and I became equal share partnership. It's wonderful working with my husband and my family. Since 7 years of age I have been in and out of this office. At thirteen I use to sit in reception during the school holidays, type up the Sale and Purchase Agreements, and answer the phones. My mother has sold Real Estate and helped grow our Property Management roll to the success it is today. My brother worked here in our maintenance department, my eldest daughter Michelle works with myself and my husband in our sales team. Michelle is a fourth generation real estate salesperson. I do have a life outside of real estate; I love motor sports and photography, and have just started to do a bit of hunting. Fishing and scuba diving would be my main passion, and something I truly look forward too. I am very proud of my business. I have an excellent Property Management Department, and a dedicated Sales Team. The family values of the Ray White group compliments the style of our business culture. We have very loyal staff some whom have been with us over two decades. We pride ourselves upon our local family business, and our good old fashioned values.

I have had a total of four and a half years experience in Property Management. I have been with Ray White as a Property Manager for the past two years. Previous to this I was with another agency for three years one of which I was in Sales admin before starting my Property Management career.
 
I am very much a peoples person and enjoy dealing with people of all aspects of the job. I find working with Tenants gets better results than working against them, as I have seen happen before. I have a strong work ethic and always strive to find ways to be more efficient in my roll as Property Manager.
 
I enjoy my role very much and cannot imagine having a different career. I find I am learning every day and have a thirst for knowledge, and I am always looking to enhance our Property Management service for Landlords and Tenants.
 
I understand that communication is very important part of being a good Property Manager and absolutely a must for a great working relationship with Landlords and Tenants alike.

I have been with Ray White working in property management for just over one full year. Joining the team after a length of time overseas.

At twenty two years old Abbie believes she has found not only a job, but a career, that over the coming years will continue to be as challanging as it is rewarding, seeing myself grow professionally as well as personally.

Im a self motivated person, I enjoy the team work, as well as the satisfaction of successfully tackling a challenge independently.
 

My long term goal include being knowledgeable and efficient in all areas of property management, being a valued member working as part of a productive and dedicated team in an enviroment that promotes excellence, and being a property manager that will provide the results you are looking for.

Carla joins a very dedicated team, who adds to this in her ability to support the property Managers, her roll is very detailed, Carla assists in the very smooth running of the property management department.
